When PAX first came to our shores, the tabletop section was quite small.

A decent size, sure, but it was really a fraction of the size of last years tabletop area. The tabletop section is always expanding and improving from year to year.

This year’s biggest tabletop presenters are eBay, bringing their ‘eBay Live’ to the expo for the first time — participants can engage in an array of various activities to complete tasks and win prizes. Great opportunities wait!

Wizards of the Coast are returning again, bringing with them Dungeons and Dragons and Magic: The Gathering. We can expect D&D and Magic every year, but it’s shaping up to be a massive year for Magic: The Gathering with the Hobbit becoming the next property to be included in the one of the longest running and likely greatest fantasy trading card game of all time.

Riftbound: League of Legends is back on the show-floor again, giving us another chance to get our hands on the popular game.

I’m very excited to get onto the show floor and see what amazing card games and tabletop experiences we can find, it’s always amazing!
